I have absolutely loved my time using the LifeVantage TrueScience face wash!
I will start off saying that each persons skin is different and has different skin care needs. I have relatively dry to combination skin. I also have large areas of discoloration.
This is the description of the product from the LifeVantage website:
“Introducing TrueScienceâ„¢ with enhanced Nrf2 technologies, a revolutionary beauty system proven in a clinical study to visibly address the signs of aging. This regimen offers instant and cumulative anti-aging benefits.”
I don’t think I have signs of aging, so I didn’t see any huge changes in that area. I did however see my annoying breakouts almost stop completely. I break out heavily around my “monthly time”, but I had virtually zero breakouts in between my cycle while using this product!
Another amazing thing about this product was the smell. Y’all, this stuff smells AMAZING. Just so refreshing and clean smelling. I loved that when I used this product, it didn’t bother my eyes and actually helped when removing my eye makeup. When using other skincare products, I hate when products leave a “burning” sensation. This didn’t do that at all. My skin felt clean, hydrated, and overall healthy.
I really don’t have anything bad to say about this face wash.
LifeVantage has a long running history with their “Protandim”, and now this face wash.
If you are someone who is looking for a face care system that will help with aging, I would definitely recommend this brand. It is gentle, yet productive.
If you have ANY further questions about this product, Protandim, or LifeVantage as a whole, please get ahold of my friend Bailey Michael. She is a rockstar with this company and it seriously blows me away what her and her husband accomplish together.

Since you have acne, I recommend washing with honey. Add sugar to exfoliate.
Honey leaves skin soft and radiant because it absorbs water from the environment adding moisture to the skin as well as being a natural exfoliator. Organic honey contains gluconic acid which can loosen the bonds of the dead skin cells, allowing for easier exfoliation.
Raw honey helps with acne due to its antimicrobial properties. It also improves the overall health of acne prone skin because of its antioxidant properties and the ability to keep skin well hydrated.
Antioxidants in honey including chrysin, pinobanksin, vitamin C, catalase, and pinocembrin improve the tone and texture in mature skin by fighting free radicals which degrade the skin and help in skin repair.
When using honey in your skin care regimen, be sure to use raw honey which has not been filtered, strained or heated above 115 degrees F. Because of minimal processing, enzymes, nutrients, and antioxidants are still present. Raw honey has Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, and phosphate.
Honey as a Cleanser:
Keep a small pot of honey in the bathroom. With a dry finger, scoop a small amount onto your finger. Mix the honey with a small amount of water in your hands until the honey is slick. Wash and rinse normally.
