This is hands down one of our FAVORITE appetizers! When I posted about it on Instagram the other day, my comments and messages BLEW. UP. Everyone wanted this recipe.
Okay, like five of you…but WHO’S COUNTING?!
And since I’m SUCH a good friend, I’m putting it on the blog for you! You’re welcome. Please invite me to the next party you serve these at.
If you’re a lover of all things buffalo and carbs, this is the dish for you. Also, it’s super simple, so that’s a major win.
What you’ll need:
-Potatoes (however many to feed your peeps)
-Lawrys seasoned salt (a dash or 7)
-Green onion (enough to make it flavorful)
-Buffalo wing sauce (about a cup or so)
-Shredded cheese (maybe three good handfuls)
-Blue Cheese (enough to taste it)
-EVOO (extra virgin olive oil, or whatever other oil you want to use)
Step 1: Set oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Wash and scrub your potatoes.
Step 3: Cut potatoes in wedges. You can do thick or thinner, just depends on how you like ’em. After trying them both ways, we like ours a little on the thinner side.
Step 4: Place wedges on baking sheet and coat in olive oil.
Step 4: Place in oven and bake for about 30-40 mins or until golden brown and crispy (or however you like your wedges done)
Step 5: Place wedges in a bowl and coat with buffalo sauce
Step 6: Place back on baking sheet, sprinkle with desired about of shredded cheese (NOT THE BLUE CHEESE), and place back in the oven until cheese is melty.
Step 7: Take out of oven and sprinkle on blue cheese, green onions, and Lawrys.
Step 8: Devour.
Yup. We are obsessed. I have no shame in admitting that.
Are these up your alley or not really?! Let me know!! And tag me if you decide to make them!! ENJOY!
Hello ,
I saw your tweets and thought I will check your website. Have to say it looks very good!
I’m also interested in this topic and have recently started my journey as young entrepreneur.
I’m also looking for the ways on how to promote my website. I have tried AdSense and Facebok Ads, however it is getting very expensive. Was thinking about starting using analytics. Do you recommend it?
Can you recommend something what works best for you?
Would appreciate, if you can have a quick look at my website and give me an advice what I should improve: http://janzac.com/
(Recently I have added a new page about FutureNet and the way how users can make money on this social networking portal.)
I wanted to subscribe to your newsletter, but I couldn’t find it. Do you have it?
Hope to hear from you soon.
P.S.
Maybe I will add link to your website on my website and you will add link to my website on your website? It will improve SEO of our websites, right? What do you think?
Regards
Jan Zac
Omg I am now hungry lol
